When Gartree High School suffered a ransomware attack just before Christmas, their existing IT provider was unavailable. Their Network Manager, referred by another school, reached out to Novus. Within hours, we were on the phone offering urgent guidance and initiating recovery steps. That support turned into a long-term partnership. We’ve since rebuilt their infrastructure, upgraded Microsoft security, deployed NSure backup, and implemented Security as a Service, all with ongoing, proactive support.
